COVID 19 disease is a global pandemic and there is lack of evidence for specific definitive treatment or cure. Most cases of COVID-19 are mild to moderate requiring supportive care to relieve symptoms (fever, body aches, cough), proper intake of fluids, rest, and good personal hygiene and a healthy diet. People with more severe cases may need treatment in hospital.
The course will help doctors to understand disease, its epidemiology, differentiation from other resembling conditions and how to manage the milder to moderate disease patients at home. This is important for a low resource healthcare setting. This module comprises of three different lessons, after each, you will be directed towards a quiz. Correct answers to minimum 70% is required to be eligible for the certificate.
